    - management of partnerships - close commercial relationships to emphasize marketing actions (collaboration with phone operators for free WIFI, mass Sms sending contract, service contract with media announcers)
    - development of permanent and\or punctual events and strengthening brand visibility
    - dynamization of the restaurant's activity

    - definition of a marketing budget
    - developpemment and implementation of communication actions, promotion and activation of sales (emailing, SMS of mass, selective invitations according to the current events)
    - optimization of customer relationships (personalized welcome for each clientele)
    - creation of tools for customer loyalty (punctual discounts for special customers , free goodies ...) and collection of a customer database
    - optimization of the sales force in the restaurant (dedicated training for waiters) thanks to formal welcoming procedures and order taking.
