Key Responsibilities Handled:
• Operation & Maintenance of CS CORE Network Ericsson equipement AXE 810 such as MSC-S (R13/R14.1),MGw (R5/R6, HLR(R13/R14.1).
• Network connectivity with network elements BSC/ VAS nodes / IN / Inter MSC-S connectivity etc...
• Configuration of M3UA links, SIGTRAN, BSC Creation in MGW/MSC-S.
• Mainly responsible for analyzing various important network KPI’s.
• Daily Health Checkups of MSS, MGW,and HLR.
• Charging files output backup on optical disks.
• Alarms analysis, escalation, troubleshooting & preventing fault.
• Propagation and Ensure NSS availability beyond 99%.
• Raising the case to Ericsson Emergency, follow up Ericsson CSR.
• Actively working for minimum number of alarms in all MSS network elements.
• End to end rectification of Fault related Alarm from Trouble Ticket, Work Order Dispatch till their closure.
• Working with complete documentation process i.e. Trouble Ticket generation and Work order generation and completely following up for the Faults in the System.
• Good Knowledge of Call testing.
• Performs re homing and creation of BSC’s.
• Routing New Levels to Desired Destination.
• Call flows, routing and roaming analysis.
• Configuration of Signalling links, link sets, Route sets & Routes in MGw (R5/R6).
• Transmission media of SDH (Fibre optic) and E1 (PCM) testing.
• Signalling link and route optimization.
• Performs GT and SCCP based routing of calls, digit analysis, Trunk channels Augmentation.
• Handle MSS and MGW HW maintenance.
• Configuring Roaming service area in MSC-VLR/HLR for One Network.
• Call tracing with Wireshark for Location Update failed, MOC, MTC, SMSMO and SMSMT with protocols (ISUP, BSSAP, MAP, CAMEL, SCCP...)
• Knowledge of Tektronix protocol analyzer K15.
• Rerouting Inbound/outbound traffics to GLR, IRTMS, NTR,... within Roamware.
• SCCP traffic migration to the new SCCP providers.
• Good knowledge of PRI configuration, D-channel...in MSC-S and MGw.

Responsilbilities:
. Handling and maintaining network operation of 2G Huawei and Siemens in the network operating centre.
. Maintain and administrating tasks in trouble tickets.
. Alarm and event handling and carrying out logical fault analysis and facilitate its rectification for Core and Radio network support team.
. Ensuring minimum downtime in network.
